REGISTRATION
INFORMATION
We welcome you to our Thomas Street School family!
Registration
DATES and TIMES:
Come by the school office
between 8:00am - 3:00pm
OFFICES
WILL BE OPEN ALL SUMMER.
To enroll at any of the Tupelo Public
School District schools you will need to provide the following:
- Certified
Birth Certificate (preferably the long form)
- Mississippi
Compliance Form (from the Health Dept. or doctor’s
office)
- Social
Security Number
- 2
proofs of residency
- Students
must use the address of their legal and custodial parent
for enrollment in school.
- Those
enrolling from a private school, or home school may be
required to take an entrance exam.
- Records
will be requested for those students transferring from
other public schools.
- If
any additional information is needed, please call the
school counselor, Marilyn Morrison, at 841-8864.
